Hanabira-mochi

 sweet eaten in January

● Yuzu ginger honey juice     (Hot or cold)        

    Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit     

 

 

    

 

   

   

                Uji in Kyoto is a production center of high-class tea

 

 Japanese green tea

 

・Gyokuro   ( Hand-picked tea)   sold out           

   Tea containing a lot of umami ingredients

      with sprouts covered with a net to block sunlight

   very refined with deep flavor and sweet taste

 

・ Sencha             Single orign saemidori

     This is an elegant tea

​     It has aotake delicate taste

 

・Kabuse cha                                   

      Lighter than Gyokuro

   It has a stronger taste than sencha

 

・Kuki-cha                                            

     Tea made from special sencha stalks             

 

・Hōjicha      (roasted green tea)           

  This Hojicha tea is made of the best sencha tea leaves
